How does ZYZO make money?
ZYZO’s model is funded by optional tips to the platform. They’re separate from provider prices and can be declined. We don’t take a platform commission or add a client booking fee.
Does zero commission mean no costs at all?
Zero commission means ZYZO takes no percentage of a provider’s service price. Payment-processing costs may still apply to providers, and taxes remain their responsibility. Those costs are separate from ZYZO’s platform commission.
Can pet parents book care today?
Not yet. We’re preparing for launch and starting with provider profiles in Massachusetts. This page introduces the model; live booking and pet-parent accounts aren’t available here.
Who is ZYZO for?
Pet parents, independent sitters and walkers, pet-care businesses, veterinary clinics, and shelters and rescues.
What does a reviewed profile mean?
Checks depend on the role and service. Profiles will show the checks actually completed and explain what they mean. Verification is not a criminal background check or a guarantee of care.
Will my profile go live without my approval?
You approve the profile that presents your services before it goes live. You can review the information and request changes before deciding to participate.
