For veterinary teams

More context.
Care on your terms.

Appointment requests should give your team a useful starting point. ZYZO is being built to connect requests with records the pet parent chooses to share, while your practice keeps control of its appointments, clinical decisions, and fees.

The provider journey

ZYZO is preparing to launch. Booking and accounts aren’t open yet.

Designed around your everyday

Clearer requests.
Clinical control.

01

Make each request a useful starting point.

Publish the appointment types, species, and availability each clinic site accepts, including times for a named veterinarian. Pet parents will request from those options, and your team will decide which appointments to confirm.

02

See the history a pet parent agrees to share.

Pet parents will choose the records, private pet details, clinic site, and access period before sharing. If your team needs more, it can explain why and request access. The pet parent can approve all, approve part, or decline.

03

Keep the source of a record clear.

Records your team adds will keep the clinic, site, staff member, and original date attached. Pet parents can add notes alongside them, but cannot rewrite your clinical content.

04

Know who will pay for foster care.

If a foster caregiver asks for the rescue to pay, appointment confirmation will wait for the rescue’s cost approval. Your clinic will see the named payer and collect payment directly, while the rescue’s internal approval details stay private.

From the request to the record

Keep the context around the visit.

The planned appointment flow will bring shared information together while leaving clinical decisions with your practice.

  1. Request the visit

The pet parent will choose an appointment type and decide which records to share with your clinic site.

  2. Confirm and provide care

Your team will confirm the appointment, review the records it has permission to see, and bill directly.

  3. Keep the record useful

Records your team adds will remain in the pet’s history with their source and date intact.

The money, plainly

Your fees stay with your practice.

ZYZO will not process, hold, or take a share of clinic fees. Your practice will collect payment through its own arrangements. Any amount recorded in ZYZO will be appointment information, not a payment or receipt. There will be no tip to the clinic or its staff; optional support for ZYZO will be separate.

Good questions

Questions, answered.

Will claiming a listing open appointment requests immediately?

No. A claim will be checked through your practice’s official contact. Opening appointment requests will also depend on completed clinic checks, published appointment types and availability, and your choice to accept requests.

Will ZYZO connect automatically to our clinical system?

No automatic clinical-system integration is planned. Permitted clinic staff will be able to add existing records for one pet together, after confirming its identity and when the clinic’s relationship with that pet allows record addition.

Ca pet parents change a record our team added?

They’ll be able to add their own note alongside a clinic-sourced record, but not rewrite its clinical content. The record will keep its source and date. Pet parents will control what they share with other recipients.

Is ZYZO a route for emergency care?

No. ZYZO is not an emergency service and does not provide veterinary advice. Clinic messages are not a substitute for an examination or a monitored emergency channel. Urgent needs should go directly to an appropriate veterinary service.
