How the work will flow

Your care. Your decisions.
Clear from the start.

You decide what you offer and which requests to accept. ZYZO is being built to keep the pets, times, prices and agreed care together, from the first request to completion.

ZYZO is preparing to launch. Booking and accounts aren’t open yet.

01

Describe the care you offer.

A useful profile helps people understand whether you are right for their pet. Show your services, the area you cover, the pets you accept and the details that matter to your work.

Review before you publish

You will review your introduction and approve your profile before it goes live. Services, prices and public details should reflect the work you actually offer.

Set your availability

Choose your working hours and capacity. You will be able to pause new requests for a service or your whole account; confirmed bookings will still need to be honored, changed or canceled separately.

02

Review the request before you commit.

A request will bring the service, pets, dates and shared care instructions together. You can accept, decline, propose another time or, for a service priced by quote, send a quote. A request will always need your acceptance.

Check the fit

You can require a meet-and-greet before a first sitting or boarding booking. Required records, assessments or other service conditions must also be complete before confirmation.

Agree on the details

The customer will see the price and cancellation terms before committing. A new quote or proposed time needs their agreement; it will not quietly change a confirmed booking.

03

Keep the details close to the care.

The confirmed booking will hold its conversation, schedule and the information the customer has agreed to share. Care updates and completion notes will stay with the booking, so both sides can follow what happened.

Share what the work needs

Private pet records will remain limited to the agreed permission. Home addresses and entry instructions will be restricted to the relevant booking and the people authorized to use them.

Handle a change clearly

Propose a change or use the cancellation process. The existing agreement remains in place until a proposed change is accepted, and both sides will see the outcome.

04

Build on the care you have already given.

A completed booking will leave a care summary and a payment record. Customers can raise a problem through support, and you can refer back to your permitted booking history.

Make the next request easier

Where repeat requests are supported, a customer can start from a past booking with the provider, service and pets already selected. Current rates and availability still apply.
