Privacy, explained

Care needs context.
Sharing needs a choice.

How ZYZO uses the provider-registration information collected through this website, and how private sharing is planned for the app.

Draft for review · company details and final launch policies are still to be confirmed.

01

Provider-registration information

When you submit a provider registration, ZYZO saves your name, email address, provider type, town or city, any business name or website you provide, and a record of your contact consent and submission time. We use these details to respond to your interest and coordinate next steps for joining ZYZO.

Registration review and follow-up

Registration records are available to the authorized ZYZO team for review, follow-up and corrections. Your registration is not published as a provider profile.

Other forms and sample journeys

The pet-parent waitlist, contact form, sample clinic claim and sample profile approval are still demonstrations. Those forms clear their entries without sending or storing them.

Display preferences

This design saves your light or dark theme and motion preference in this browser. The quick guide uses prepared answers; it does not send your selections to an AI service.

Website hosting and registration storage

Cloudflare serves this website and connects registration requests to ZYZO’s own server, where registrations are stored in PostgreSQL. Technical access information and sign-in cookies may be used to serve and protect the website and private admin dashboard. The website code does not add advertising trackers.

Registration emails

We use Zoho Mail to send your registration confirmation and notify the authorized ZYZO team. These emails include your registration reference and the details needed to confirm your introduction and follow up about joining.

Emailing the team

You can email partners@zyzo.app about your provider registration. An email link opens your email application; your mail provider and the recipient handle the message contents. The other listed contact addresses are being prepared for launch.

02

Private records are not a public profile

In the planned product, a public introduction and a private pet record are different things. Medical records, exact private addresses, and care conversations are not intended to become public profile content.

Choose what to share

Permission names the recipient, the information they can see, and how long access lasts. Starting a booking conversation does not reveal every record.

See how information was used

The planned product keeps a record of access and changes to sharing permissions so the person responsible for the pet can review them.

03

Control has clear limits

The planned product supports corrections, readable exports, and requests to close an account. Some records may need to remain for a completed transaction, a signed handover, a dispute, or another applicable retention purpose.

Ending access

Ending a sharing permission stops future access through that permission. It cannot retrieve a copy someone has already exported.

Shared responsibilities

Some access comes from a household or organization role, writing a record, responsibility for an animal, or an agreed follow-up. Those relationships can affect who retains access.

04

As the service develops

The notice will be updated as app accounts and services become available, including responsible-company details, service providers, retention periods and applicable rights. These wider launch details are still being finalized.
