Care should be easier to access

Room for different ways
of using the web.

Everyone should be able to read, navigate, and use ZYZO. Clear layouts, readable text, keyboard access, and regular testing are part of that work.

Accessibility statement for the current design preview.

01

What this website supports

The site uses semantic headings, labeled fields, keyboard-operable links and disclosures, visible focus indicators, image descriptions, responsive layouts, and a skip-to-content link.

Motion and navigation

Reduced-motion preferences stop aura animation, smooth scrolling, and transitions. The homepage also has a pause control, and light and dark themes are available throughout the site. Dialogs identify their purpose and can be closed with Escape.

Reading and reflow

The layout is designed to reflow on narrow screens and at zoom. Forms identify required fields and use browser validation with readable feedback.

02

What has been checked

Development checks have covered desktop and phone layouts, including a 320-pixel viewport, keyboard interactions, and control contrast. A full assistive-technology audit and independent certification have not been completed.

The target

The product requirements target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Broader screen-reader, device, and user testing will be needed as the production service develops.

03

Tell us about a barrier

The planned accessibility contact is support@zyzo.app; it is not active yet. When support opens, the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology will help us investigate. Share only the details you are comfortable providing.
