For independent sitters & walkers

Your care.
Your terms.

You know the difference a familiar face makes. ZYZO is being built to support that care with zero platform commission and control over your rates, availability, and the work you accept.

The provider journey

ZYZO is preparing to launch. Booking and accounts aren’t open yet.

Designed around your everyday

Build a routine.
Keep your independence.

01

A working week that belongs to you.

Set your working hours, close dates, and see requests across your services together. Availability and capacity checks will help catch conflicts before you accept, so taking on more care stays a choice.

02

Regular care, less rearranging.

The Tuesday walk should not need a fresh conversation every week. Recurring walks and drop-in visits will let you agree a pattern, track each visit, and cancel one walk or visit without canceling the rest.

03

Know the pet before you say yes.

You’ll be able to require a meet-and-greet before first sitting or boarding bookings, read the care instructions a pet parent shares, and request vaccination proof for boarding. Get to know the pet before making a commitment.

04

Keep pet parents close to the care.

Share photos and notes with the household during a booking, and keep sitting tasks with the visit. Pet parents can follow the care in one place and request you again from a past booking.

Fewer loose ends

From the first hello to the next visit.

A good relationship starts with clear expectations. The planned booking flow will keep the agreed care, price, and next step together.

  1. Before you accept

Review the pets, dates, and shared instructions. Accept, decline, or propose a quote that fits the work.

  2. While you’re caring

Keep updates with the visit. Private care details will be available only within the access the pet parent has agreed to.

  3. When the visit ends

Record how the care went. A pet parent can request you again without keeping access to private care details open indefinitely.

The money, plainly

No commission.

ZYZO will take no share of your service price, add-ons, or provider tips, and charge no listing, lead, or subscription fee. Payment-processing costs will be yours, separate from platform commission. Optional tips to ZYZO support the platform.

Good questions

Questions, answered.

Will I have to accept every request?

No. You’ll be able to accept, decline, or propose a quote. A request will not automatically confirm a booking. You’ll also be able to pause an individual service or your profile; confirmed bookings will remain in place.

Which services will support recurring bookings?

Walks and drop-in sitting visits, where you choose to offer them. Overnight sitting, boarding and grooming will be booked individually. Group walks will have your published times and a stated capacity.

Will my home address be public?

No. Your public profile will show an approximate area. You’ll release your exact address only for a confirmed booking or an agreed meet-and-greet at your home. It will not appear on your public profile.

Can I start taking bookings today?
