Provider registration and sample journeys
Provider registration saves your details so the ZYZO team can follow up about joining. Registration does not book care or publish a profile. The pet-parent waitlist, contact form, sample clinic claim and sample profile approval remain demonstrations; all sample profiles are fictional.

The care provider makes the care decisions
ZYZO is being built to help people coordinate pet care. It does not provide veterinary advice or emergency response, and it does not replace the provider’s own professional responsibilities.
Independent decisions
Providers decide whether to accept a request. Clinics control treatment and collect their own fees. Rescue organizations make their own screening and placement decisions.

Prices and optional support stay distinct
The planned model takes no platform commission and adds no client booking fee. Provider prices, donations, and voluntary tips are shown separately and explained before you commit. Processing costs appear on the record of the person or organization that pays them.
Terms before confirmation
The agreed service, price, cancellation rules, and any relevant consent must be clear before confirmation. Sending a request is not the same as a confirmed booking.
Optional support, clearly separate
A tip to ZYZO is voluntary support for the platform. It appears separately from provider prices and any tip to an independent provider.
